Prohibited Substances: Alcoholic beverages, smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are strictly prohibited within the sports facility.
Conduct Standards: Disorderly conduct, sexual misconduct, assault, verbal abuse or any form of harassment will not be tolerated. This includes abusive, indecent, profane, or vulgar language, as well as threatening behavior or offensive physical contact.
Incident Reporting: All accidents, breakages, or losses of Field 44 property must be reported to management immediately.
Maintenance Issues: Any maintenance concerns should be reported to Field 44 Management without delay.
Field Preparation: Rental groups are not permitted to prepare fields for events. Additional preparation, if needed, will be handled by Field 44 at an extra cost.
Soft Toss Prohibition: Soft toss, including the use of plastic balls, against any permanent fencing is strictly prohibited.
Footwear Policy: No metal spikes are allowed inside the facility. Players and coaches must wear molded cleats, turf shoes, or regular tennis shoes.
Batting Cages: Only one (1) batter is permitted in the cage at any time. Batter must also wear proper protective equipment – Helmet is mandatory.
Field Markings: Only Field 44 staff is permitted to make field markings. Painting by rental groups is not allowed.
On-Site Representative: Rental groups must provide a representative aged 21 or older to serve as the point of contact for visitors and Field 44 staff throughout the rental duration.
Liability Disclaimer: Field 44 is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred by renters on site.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed inside the facility.
Food and Drink Restrictions: Gum, food, and drinks (especially shelled products like sunflower seeds and peanuts) are prohibited on the fields, as they can damage the turf. Spitting is also strictly prohibited.
Equipment Policy: Bat and equipment bags are not permitted in the lounge area.
Cleanup Responsibility: Renters hosting parties or events are responsible for cleanup afterward. Microwaves and refrigerators must be emptied after each rental. Failure to comply will result in a $100 cleanup fee.
Equipment Return: Renters must return all equipment to the storage room in its original condition after use.
Equipment Movement: Moving any equipment (pitching machines, mounds, netting, goals, bleachers) during events is not allowed. Requests for layout changes must be made prior to the event.
Event Cancellation Rights: Field 44 reserves the right to cancel any event or restrict access to the fields due to emergencies, severe weather, vandalism, poor playing conditions, or safety concerns.
Compliance: All individuals must adhere to the rules and regulations of Field 44, which are posted at the site.
